Fees for cancellation???

Tried to contact MiWay over 3 weeks to cancel my policy, firstly cannot get hold of anybody directly, they have to get hold of you. After first contact they lowered my premium to under R900 (which was reflected in my policy) but I still wanted to cancel. I was informed that my cancellation will be effective on 23 September so I asked the consultant to send me the information regarding this first via email to which I will reply of whether and when I want to cancel. Tried to contact them again to make the cancellation official and to make it effective on 30 September, couldn't get hold of anybody. Haven't heard from them for another week after which a fee of R134 was subtracted from my account, I tried to contact them again after which a lady told me somebody will contact me within an hour... this was 2 weeks ago. Got hold of another consultant today who said they are going to subtract a further R134 (on top of that already subtracted) from my account along with another R934!!! After so many years of good service, why me over now?
