Reported clam n 6 Jan. Today being the 4th of Feb' I am still waiting for settlement of the claim. When I phone for a report, they use excuses like the assessor is on leave!! Or that documentation was sent to the wrong email?
Is it fair that I have to wait for my claim to be settled while their staff is on holiday?
Why must we ALWAYS accept bad or non service n SA? I think I will cancel my insurance wih Santam after 26 years. I am very disapponted in Santam.
