RMB no response to enquiry to open an account

I have contacted RMB twice to in Jan'14 as I am looking at changing to RMB Private Bank. Service Suite Advisor had mailed me (Kevashni Naidoo) providing me with contact details for the branch. I called the Sandton Branch twice and I am still waiting for a response. Reference No. : RH14013119547. Provide them with my mobile number and e-mail address. RMB not interested in new clients.
