I applied for a loan and was approved last week. The loan account is reflecting on my profile but there is no money to it. I have called numerous call centre staff, send numerous emails, complaints and physically went to the branch. Though they promise to resolve even now i am waiting for the money.
The last was an email from one department to another and none taking responsibility to resolve this, as such not even a phone call from these departments. This is very shocking and dissapointing from FNB.
