On the 22 January 2014, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Janine from the Platinum Credit Card division. I must really commend this lady for her GREAT Attitude and Efficiency. I called in regarding a billing error in which I believed I had only to find that it was my mistake. You can imagine how loud and upset I was when I thought this lady was not getting it (my complaint). She was well informed and very keen to help me understand that there were no miscalculations on my account. As we were talking, the line was disconnected due to network problems and she called me back (as unpleasant as I was). And eventually I realised I was in the wrong and apologised and she took it professionally well. Keep up the GOOD work Janine and thank you once again.
