Having settled my personal loan account with Nedbank in Dec, I'm now looking for a closure letter. Spend 24 minutes on the phone being pushed from pillar to post... Over what? Ink on paper really! Poor service indeed this bank operates in the 70's... Just how on earth should writing a letter take seven days? Who writes these letters? The CEO?
