I missed my monthly debit order, my pay date had changed, i was frustrated, my phone is broken, i tried calling miway, but i had a broken speaker that we couldnt hear each other, i was jus woowed by her attempts to try get hold of me, and eventually got hold of me, solved my problems enthusiastically, also went through my policy and updated me on so many things i did not understand, i am pleased to be helped and assisted professionally in a very calm and welcoming spirit, this is how services should be rendered even in our public departments, Thank yoy Mary, you are a STAR!!
