Vehicle insurance company not covering vehicle

I both a brand new Mahindra Scorpio in 2012 Oct.
Unfortunately the vehicle (Bakkie) was in a accident in Nov 2013, complete write off.
Sins then the insurance company rausure did not yet cover the vehicle, month instalments to the bank is still being made by my self and still paying monthly instalments to the insurance company.
No assessor was their to inspect the damage.
They are s quite that no one knows what is going on.
I paying monthly instalment of R3584.92 to wesbank and my insurance excluding every month for something that is no more in use.
I warn all in S.A think twice before signing with them,
I though that is why we have to have insurance and why we pay insurance on a monthly basic to be covered when this happen but shortly not by you!!
