As per my previous unanswered complaint (except for an automated response) my mother has since not been re-imbursed, however she was issued a new card 2 weeks ago. From the day she was issued this card it was cloned again and she is now pennyless again!!
if we do not hear back from Standard bank with regards to this she will open up a new bank account tomorrow at another bank.
absolutly disguisting service!!!
