Having been a victim of, I find myself in the bank once a month dealing with issues. When I was served, Margaret was just fantastic. The branch was packed to the rafters, and still her attitude was amazing (in fact everyone involved in assisting with new people entering the branch was fantastic). She assisted with my queries in record time with a smile, and helped with other queries that I did not even know the bank would be able sort out. She even pointed me in the directions of the store where the account was opened so that I could close it. She is truly an asset to the branch!
