I bought a Toyota Yaris T3 for an amount of R79 500, 00 through Wesbank Finance from Inspecta Car t/a Lifestyle Motor in Centurion in February 2012. After driving the car for a year, I found out that the Toyota Yaris was a T1 instead of a T3 from a friend of mine.
I went directly to the manufacture of the car Toyota to get a print out of the car and found out that the vehicle was indeed a T1 but not a T3 as stipulated in the dealers papers and contract.
A Toyota yaris T1 is far less than a Toyota T3 in pricing.
I took up the matter with Lifestyle motors but the Manager unknown to me by name kept on blaming the Salesman who was no longer employed them. I was further advised by the Manager that they will not pay the diffrence for the car and I can go to!!
I request Hellopeter to urgently interviene herein.
Regards,
Zanele Rankoro
