False information & bad service

I settled two personal loans, I went to my branch for a settlement balance, I was given the amount & was told to do payment via EFT, which I did, the amount given was more than what I paid I was told to wait 3 to 4 working days to contact financial services, I was told on the 17th January that the process takes 5-7 working days tomorrow is the 1st February & I have not received a cent, all I am told it will be paid today they have logged it with the admin department, I am sorry to say but FNB's standards & client service has dropped 100%, is the money that is owed to me is it drawing interest?
