I've been trying to use Miway's web portal to adjust my policies and update details on there. As I really like to keep my insurance as up to date as possible.
However I've never been able to log into their online service since joining them. I reported this a week ago. And then got a call from them on Wednesday. However I was unable to talk at that moment and asked them to phone me back. It's now Friday afternoon and still not a peep from them.
I actually love Miway's service, and it has been a smooth experience with them up to now. This makes me very sad.
