Outstanding Card Authorisations

I recently placed an online order on the woolworths website. I paid for the order and then had to cancel to make an amendment. I then placed a new order immediately after and paid again. This happened on 24/01/2014.

On 29/01/2014 payment for my amended order went off my account for a second time in 2 amounts.

So basically there are now 3 payments showing on my account for the same transaction. I tried to contact the authorisation department as the first two transaction are reflecting as "outstanding authorisations" on my statement. I need these to be reversed soonest as my account is now in overdraft!

Please be so kind as to get this sorted, I have bills to pay and this is a major inconvenience now!
