Great service

I needed to either downgrade or cancel my cheque account as I can not afford it any longer and there is money owing on the account. The branch apparently is not authorised to downgrade or close account with a negative balance. Thobile was quite helpful with finding a helpful solution for me, even went further as to let me call Career facility made copies for me, certified and even faxed to Career facility. She was even willing to let me call them again to confirm if the documents have been received. Her attitude was excellent which is more than I can say for Lerato who was initially helping me before Thobile stepped in. Well done Thobile and keep up the great attitude and excellent customer service
