24hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Shocking/Terrible Service

I called into 24 hour mobility 3 weeks ago, requesting that they pickup my damaged phone. To my surprise it looks at though they don't seem to understand what that means. I have received no phone calls regarding my claim, however every time I call through to them I am assured that they will collect it. I called them again on monday after countless prior phone calls, only be be told that I need to pay a service fee before they collect the device. Pardon me, but this no sense to me. I wasn't aware that terrible 'service' has to be payed for.

What is most annoying and simply frustrating is the fact that I wasn't told about paying a service fee in order for the phone to be collected.
Paying the service fee is not an issue, Its just the principle. The fact that you cannot follow through on a simple request.

So I'll say this slowly and in simple english,

I HAVE INSURANCE WITH YOU PEOPLE AND MY PHONE IS BROKEN. I AM THEREFORE CLAIMING AND YOU NEED TO COLLECT. SO IT CAN BE FIXED/REPLACED.

Keywords: INSURANCE, PHONE, BROKEN, COLLECT. And if you happen to pass by a phone while completing this task, why no try call me. I would throw in a PLEASE in there but we're way beyond that.
