Poor customer service

I have recently switched to FNB and am beginning to wish I hadn't. After running around endlessly for FICA documentation and debit order switching forms, they still end up making a mess of everything and putting a hold on my account because they could not process the FICA documentation. This is very poor service and I will definitely be advising people to think twice before switching.
