Credit listed for settel account

I have being put on the credit list for a account that I have setteled last year November 2013 . U-bank forget to take it of. I have applied for a homeloan last year June2013 - 95% was granted. But need a deposit. Now i have saved for the deposit and no back will help me, due to this fault. I have e-mail gift sandiliswe and nona, no aswer is back. Gift have talk me aweek ago that it will take one day to clear my name. Now a week later no one is aswering my e-mail. I have run out of time for the homeloans and u-bank have distroyed me name. Now what to do with . every one just say sorry.
