Double Payment without my consent

Good Day,

I am here to complain about how pathetic Nedbank is. They don't call me to ask if they can take double payment off my account they just do it without my consent.

Secondly I have not received any Bank Statements from your company since 2010. It is 2014 now and I would like a STATEMENT from the 01/09/2010 up until now.

Please reverse the 2nd debit order back into my account and THANK you for your service.
