SICK OF BAD SERVICE!

I am so disappointed with the service I received today!

I was offered a Revolving Credit. I have used a certain amount and wanted to know why the balance was showing R0.00. I contacted Revolving Loan queries on 0860 327 827, spoke to 2 different RUDE people, transferred to Team Leader - Lee, just as rude, who told me that I must contact a Credit Manager at my Branch. Which I did...

I contacted the Killarney branch where I spoke to 2 different people again, one being Rita and then another RUDE person, who proceeded to tell me that there is no such department as Revolving Loans and that she doesn't have time to really listen to me as she has clients waiting! What am I, chopped liver?! The above number is in black and white on their website!!!

Still don't have a proper answer to my query and sick of accepting bad service!
