I had a Hospital claim in November, 2012 and all was submitted in Decmber, 2012. Subsequently I received no feedback whatsoever even after requests for same and then discovered that the Policy had been cancelled or whatever (2nd time erroneously??) December 2013 I receive a call re claim being paid NOW and need cancelled cheque to verify. Immediately phoned them as sounded weid and thought may be a... Confirmed was genuine and they are aboiut to pay out - 1 year later!!! Well notwithstanding supplying cancelled cheque and numerous phone calls, mails etc etc - almost 2 months later am still awaiting payout or constructive answer as regards... One month ago was told it was being processed and takes 5 working day but seems hasnt even been processed yet. Perhaps now they will be prepared to answer to me as well as all and sundry as to tardy business practice???
