Not happy with ABSA service

I was @ ABSA Primrose yesterday, my son's disability grant was to be paid to the new SASSA card but wasnt when getting to the teller i told het i dont have a card just need to draw the money over the counter as i was told by SASSA, she refered me to enquiries where this one lady was talking to some cleaner @ her own pas, she then went for a slow walk, came back took out her vasilin for her lips, then she did her hands then looked around and then only called the next client. She then took het own time switched on the PC took a seat and... Then she looked around and it was my turn, told her the story asked for proof of identification provided her with my ID which is in my maden Surname RORO with that ID she could pick up all my info then she asked for a marriage certificate like in REALLY, REALLY does it look like i walk around with ONE? All she had to say was sorry we cannot help as your ID is not proof enough???
IS this is service then i am happy not to be one of ABSA's clients really.
