Mrs SP van den Heever's geyser burst in December 2013, she has been with this insurance company as a South African Airways pensioner for 42 years. When this company was Prestasie Versekering was the last time they gave proper service>>> they submit there debit order EVERY month but when you have a claim they will not pay out even with a approved claim number JHHB/3966.. this is an outrage especially when the member is 85 years old. Only claimed twice BECAUSE she is honest, and both times it was with a of a lot of trouble.. we are almost in Februarie 2014 and still the geyser hasn't been paid! PLEASE Tansnet pensioners be aware!!!
