Loyal customer for 42 years BADLY deceived

Caution Transnet pensioners!!! As a 85year old lady, who's membership started in 1972 and who went through too much trouble for a claim to be paid... With a lot of fighting and correspondence my geyser was replaced. Claim no JHHB 3966 was authorised for R4000 and I had to pay R3000 out of my own pocket, after a week without hot water... My contract with Etana stated that I am covered for R4000. The service provider charged R7000 and waited patiently for the remainder of his payment... At the end Etana only paid R3500 and said the R500 not paid is excess payable. In the contract between Etana and me its clearly stated on page 23 paragraph 7 that people over 60 sixty DOESN'T PAY THIS EXCESS... How old must I get???
