Im writing this as the last resolution - my mother has been trying to get a copy of her natis from you guys.
she has settled the account and you still refuse to send her a copy - she first needed a copy of the natis and then you gave her stories - and now that the veh has been settled it is her right to change the title holder's name from you to her name... so the sooner you send these the better - before the end of the week because she can't get a duplicate for the key...
