My car was last year December and it was financed through VAF. I have had trouble with my insurance and they refused to pay until last month when the incident was settled through Ombudsman and they were ordered to settle.
Now the problem is the account cannot be settled without a copy of the natis. I have tried through my insurance and my car dealer and I still cannot acquire the copy.
I didn't pay for this month's installment because my dispute was settled and all that is left is for the insurance to settle the account.
I have spoken to so many call center agents and I keep getting transferred to different departments. The last agent I spoke to, she told me she cannot assist me with a copy because the natis had already been sent off in December, she gave me a number that doesn't work and when I explained to her that it doesn't work, I was told to log a new request!!!
