I bought Hyundai I10 last year at dealership in Edenvale, the day of signing the computer malfunction and i had to sign on a pad not original documentation i was told what my payment is going to be and I was fine with that, the only correct info on the contract was my id number, my address was wrong said i was a coloured guy, when I received the documentation via post I informed MFC OF THE PROBLEM, did not bother to call me back made several calls, the car went for the first 15000 service I was told that they charge me for extras that came with the car normally, motor-plans, extended warranties etc, I must pay DOUBLE for the little car, THIS IS SURELY CASE FOR COURT OF LAW TO DECIDE, I saw a lawyer and he told me to take this matter further under the consumer protection act, will you please investigate this and give me feedback as I would like to take this matter up in court
