I got a call from FNB bank in sep 2013, it was a guy telling me that i have won a phone (samsung galaxy pocket) for free and that i was a chosen client becouse i transact more with their cell phone banking service. he told me that i will pay absolutely nothing and that i will only get a discount when i purchase a prepaid units using their service with FNB. The handset package was delivered at my work place as arranged with the consultant, BUT 2weeks down the line i got a notify on me cellphone that money was debited on my FNB acc, i immediately visited Polokwane branch reversal was done, and the consultant called the sales department the complained was lodged and the line manager by the name of Mapule Molifi promised me that she will handle and escalate the matter to cell c because they are selling on their behalf.and cancell the contract. But the following month a debit order ran off my acc again and i wen to Groblersdal branch the manager lodged another complaint with ref: 378503 and i also called cell c ref: 1310100000106587 to cancell the contract and they promised to do so and to come and collect the handset. Till today they never showed up but busy trying to debit my account
