I will like to express my gratitude to Mrs Lesabeer (Pensions Department) and Mrs Jacobs (HR Services) for the assistance they gave me in my time of need. I struggled to obtain my IRP5 from Absa for well over 4 weeks. I finally got hold of Mrs Jacobs who kindly redirected my query to the correct department from there the query fell into the hands of Mrs Lesabeer who promptly assisted in resolving my query.

These are Absa heros and they deserve to be praised for their passion of service and going beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is assisted.
