I don't understand how this bank works.
Firstly they didn't send me a notification about the amendment they made on my account without my knowledge.
Now they blacklisted for what they have done wrong and they say I a huge amount to them and I can't close that account until I pay.

I tried to even log a ticket and not even a single agent called me.
I tried again and every morning I receive an email from different agents that they want to help responding to my last email. Worse thing I have to explain myself all the time. I seriously hate this bank and advise everyone to go and their bank account somewhere else. I was not the first victim because three of my friends had the same problem and they closed their accounts and cleared their name. Why can't you do the same to me?
