I joined the insuarance on the 18th of November 2012. My consultant was Mohamed. I agreed telephonically that the first installment was going to be diducted on the 22 and the second one on the 26 as my payday is on the 25.The second one was diducted on the 1st and i reversed the money. On the 2nd i was involved in an accident, i put a claim with Kalwyn. After two days i was told that my insuarance was cancelled due to the fact that i reverse the money. I told them the reason why i did that was because of my agreement with Mahomed about the date. i was told to join the insuarance again and pay admin fee because of the cancelletion. I paid a sum of R1040 and i was told i was insured from the 6th of December.kalwyn told me that he will listen to the tapes about that conversation and come back to me. After two weeks i phoned to inquire about my claim i was told that it was rejected due to the fact that when the accident happened i was not covered. i had to fix the car myself. Up until now i never had a report or feedback about that conversation that cause all this mess. The conversation happened on the 18th November between 16h00 and 17h00.
