I Lodged a complaint about FNB insuarance about a week or two back and i eventually got a response from one of the consultants there he sent me a claim form of which i filled in and submitted but since then have had no feed back i lost my phone three weeks back and now am getting frustrated that its taking this long just to process a claim and there is no feed back as in to what is happening this is very poor customer service i really am hugely disapointed in the manner that FNB has handled my claim and communication means.
