I answered all the questions that the OUTsurance rep had, to see if they could get me a cheaper premium. The best they could do was nearly DOUBLE my current premium. Then they requested my latest schedule of insurance, which I forwarded to them. Its been a week now and I have had no response or feedback. If this is the kind of lackluster customer care that OUTsurance treats its customers with, I am glad they couldn't beat my current premium!!!
