Put the phone down whilst I was enquiring

I called Izwe Loans on 010 206 7400 on the 27th January 2014 at 10h40 and asked to be transferred to the Legal Department. I was then transferred to Sibusiso Sibanyoni, I asked him why I was been garnished mean whilst I have never received a call from anyone nor a letter stating giving me reminders to the debt that I had with them. He then said I should just pay up my debt or they will garnish, and he hung up. How do you work as a consultant and hang up phones when one needs assistance. Arnet consultants supposed to explain how procedures work. I am totally disgusted by this.
