Handed over account and a default on my name

Hi I requested a settlement letter last month already asked for it to be sent before the end august so that I can make a payment
Also my account was handed over to the attorneys and has a default on it this was handed back to izwe due to incorrect hand over of account the account can only be handed over if i had to skip more then 3 payments and i didnt so attorneys handed it back BUT STILL A DEFAULT ON MY NAME and this must be taken off by IZWE thenselves
No one took the default off and this needs to be taken off as soon as possible izwe has to update at the credit bueros or contact the attorneys to do so they quick to hand you over but to correct the account they cant do that.
I will have my attorneys contact izwe and put it on hello peter if this is not taken off by end of august coz i dont see why i must have a bad name for nothing!!!
