I think we are often far to quick to critizise Companies, and hardly ever Compliment them for a job well done. Perhaps if we started thanking more than we moaned it would inspire good service throughout?
I just wanted to thank Wesbank for their amazing service! I recently settled my car, and from receiving the funds, to arranging the registration papers, this was done efficiently and effectively. I paid the amount on Tuesday and my papers were ready for collection on Friday. Every time I phoned I was informed by a friendly member of staff on the process of my application.
It was also very awesome to visit your amazing building in Beyers Naude, again where I was treated with professional and friendly service administrators!
