Dont think your own bank want to help you

I'm so frustrated, been trying to keep my head above water this month after some unexpected expenses last month, first i thought if i arrange my absa vehicle finance payment to be delayed this coming month i would be able to pay all my accounts and keep myself from going in arrears, no luck as they cant help you. Then decided to find out if i could see my banker to arrange something or increase my overdraft with a few thousand rands, the call centre couldnt tell me who's dealing with my platinum account as no one is assigned to my account, but they would be able to assist me over the phone, firstly when doing a credit check they saw that i made a late payment on one of my accounts, instead of hearing me out they dismissed me and thats that! I'm receiving money next month that should be enough to cover all my existing debt, this means nothing to them, Hopefully it will be payed into my account before i have returned debits so i could move to a bank that actually cares about their clients
