To whom it may concern,

I would like to warn ALL potential students who are planning on applying for a Student Loan at Standard Bank. Their service is poor, inadequate and non-existing. Beware they are incompetent and do not update any of their systems!

I struggle with them every year, according to them it is due to papers that are incorrect. However, I checked and made sure I had the correct proof of residence papers. Now all of a sudden they need another type of proof of residence. Another factor is that they have a "DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE" towards their clients.
