Deducting with permission

1Life direct decided to deduct my premium on the 20th Jan (before my actual deduction date). I am now faced with bank charges. I called the call centre twice and was placed on hold for more than 30minutes and still did not get through.

This is unacceptable!

Who gives you the right to deduct earlier than what was decided?
