WANT MY MONEY BACK

After reading the terms, conditions and exclusions on the policy, I decided within 48 hours to cancel. I informed them on the 11/12/2012 personally and in writing. On the 15 Jan they debited my account with a premium and again on the 25th Jan.

Despite my calls and emails they have not responded.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I am demanding that they stop deducting money from my account and they refund my costs.
