My son, cancelled his OnePlan Medical Insurance with 30 days notice. Once again, OnePLan continued to debit his account exactly as they had done to me after I cancelled my policy. Two weeks ago he was promised a refund within 72 hours. When he called today, they acknowledge that the refund is due; that it has been approved for payment but tell him he will now still have to wait another 72 hours to receive it. Sounds like they are practicng USURY to me...
