Please could you start investigating your website for errors or your highly sophisticated system for errors. I have applied for a loan, went through everything and it was approved and the documents etc his application turned out declined. And this . ticked, on top of the web page a display in red was annoiunced as error on page, and further down a display that the loan was approved and money will be flying into my account in no time, an sms was received, how ever the next day no cash, I went back on the website loged in and did the process all over again the system declind my application
I asked my boss to test. Wonga and do an application based on his own credentials, he was DECLINED! How is this possible? My boss ownes 4 bussinesses and has never in his life been blacklisted neither has he got bad credit or scoring on ITC I phoned wonga and they told me its the system and ITC also I see loads of people complaining their loans get declind and they don't even have bad itc or bad credit reports, this is an error on your systems and website wonga attend and investigate it or are you deliberatly declining applicants because of too high losses? I hope people are reading this
