I phoned the number 0873531488 of which I was trying to make payment arrangements as my wife has been getting a lot of smses. So the lady wasn't talking to me as if she wanted to help me and I phoned with my airtime so expected some proffessionalism from her. I told her why I was phoning as my wife was getting a lot of smses on her phone. The time of the call was around 09:26 - 09:30 when I made the call.i told her I couldn't pay the total amount because I wasn't working as there were 2 accounts with ref V2753414 and V2779025 hence why I was calling otherwise I could have paid the total amount and not phone. But because she wasn't talking to be in the way I could be assisted, I just ask for her name and surname and I even ask her if she was black, white or coloured because I was angry which I know it was wrong.
