Referring to complaint of 23/01/2014. Daphne replied that the complaint will be attended to. It never happened. ABSA is becoming like our local government institutions that sells you a product (tax you pay) and never services this product. Is this due to ignorance, ill equipped, incompetence or just the way forward for ABSA. If anyone can advice, I would like to move my bond and my home owners insurance from ABSA to anther financial institution.
