My statement was sent to my colleague, when i queried this i was told who currently has access to my account as i did not give anyone authorisation to do this. I was transfered to department that simply said to me that they have not found any activities on my account. I kept on calling back wanting to know why a colleague has received my statement. An investigation was started in November when it happened - To date i had 2 calls 1) saying a consultant was now assigned to my query whereby she went on telling me about how she lost her mother and how sick she is and that i should not get so upset!!! (this a month later after i called and enquired) and 2) that they have now investigated and they cannot tell me who authorised colleagues to have access to my account, even when i said i am moving my business the consultant did not even bother apologising, she simply said 'that was the finding and i cannot give you any other information!!! ' Very very disappointed, been with Standard Bank for so many years...
