I took out a Clientele Legal in December, the Dec debit order went through on the 15th the consultant assured me the next debit order will be on the 25th of each month however that's not the case as I received my plaan as saw the debit order date is the 15th of every month.
If I may ask whose going to pay for the charges, I urgently need the MATTER RESOLVED.. If there any charges incurred Clientele will have to credit my account it's not my fault the consultant made a MISTAKE.
