I applied for gap cover and sent through all the required documents on the 20th of November and still haven't received anything. I have been communicating with Tyrone Raman who has up and to recently been very helpful with getting back to me and following up on the progress of this policy. I was informed via him that we were approved and they were going onto a new system and therefore the delay. That was more than a week ago and still nothing. I requested to him this morning that I please get confirmation that my request and the debit order be cancelled if I won't be receiving a policy soon. If this is the type of service I get when applying for a policy what will the service be like when we need to claim?
