Cant receive my OTP

Please assist. I need my one time password to be sent via my email but the bank can't seem to get it right. I called the bank several times and they said in was sorted but I still can't get my OTP. They escalated it to the technical dept but I am still waiting. I then asked them if they could send it on my new cell no. or add a beneficiary on my internet banking but they said I should do it in a branch. I am not in the country and I really need to do an EFT.
