Funds not paid into my account

I invested my money with Amathuba Gold, I took the investment in 2010 and they we're debiting R150 per month, in 2012 they started taking only R49.00 because of the competitions they we're running which lead to them eventually stop debiting but this year I did a notice early may, where they told me to email a copy of my I.D, and. I was told I am going get the funds end of June but when the month passed with no response from them I called them and they told me it was because they didn't receive my I.D of which no one informed me about that, I did a notice again where I then spoke to the manager who promised to sort it out and I was told ill get R1700 wich I disagreed with because counting from the time I started the investment it not the right amount I should be getting, and I only received R700 the manager gave his word to sort before the 7th up until today nothing has happened
