I have requested that a relevant representative call me back to cancel my insurance round about 13 September. After not hearing anything from them, I called them twice during the course of the following week (16 - 18 Sept) and each time I was told that they will get someone in the cancellation department to phone me back. I haven't heard a word from them. This is unacceptable. I can't keep calling them just to get my insurance cancelled - I don't appreciate this. I have never had a bad thing to say about them, but they are sore losers.
